November 4, 2017: (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
This is an important pre-parade season meeting that will be very informative for both previous and new Krewe members. We highly encourage all to attend. Agenda will include:
- Formal meet and greet for all Krewe members
- Budget update
- Projects/events update
- Parade season details
- Discussion regarding org changes (bylaws, elections, executive roles, etc)
A formal review of our request to utilize the Westchase S&T event room for our meeting will be reviewed by the WCA Board on 10/12. We anticipate receiving approval. However, the date of the meeting will not change even if approval is not granted. Net - final location of the meeting will be confirmed in mid-October.
